Michelle a lady in my church decided to start teaching swim lessons at her house................... which is right around the corner, the girls love her, and she has kids old enough to help her out at times. It just came all at the right time and couldn't of been more perfect! It also felt so good to have this finally figured out! I had such a warm, good feeling that first lesson, it almost brought a tear to my eye...I know I'm a sap at times. But it was so fun watching them from afar and seeing them be so excited or at least doing what "Miss Michelle" was asking them to do and learning something!
Kaylee and Renee, getting ready to learn!
Renee had actually gone under by accident and Michelle had done such a good job with her, she grabbed her and said, "wow look at you! You are a swimmer!" Renee was a bit confused I'm sure but hopefully felt a little proud instead of scared! haaha
Kaylee with Michelle's daughter Lily.
On Friday's lesson, Ryan was with me since it wasn't a school day and we all ended up in the pool to help out "baby sisters" learn what to do. Ryan was such a good listener, and did everything Miss Michelle asked and the girls picked it up real quick from watching Ry (as they do most everything else!) So we may have to just do the 3 of them all at once from now on, it was a great lesson! And the best part is she gives the kids a Popsicle when they are all done.
Yeah! Thanks Michelle for doing what you do, you truly are an answer to prayers!!
You are awesome!
