California: Friday

Friday...

Started out by visiting my Dad and Yumiko at "the office."

We brought donuts to share, which I think my kids ate most of them! Yumiko was very hospitable giving the kids drinks and napkins (which we needed a lot of!)

The kids of course LOVE uncle Andy. He is like a human jungle gym! Who would of thought that a trip to the office could be so much fun...the videos below explain...










Then we met Aunt Megan,Cousin Angie and Friends Robyn &Dave and their kids Trent and Jenna at the Laguna Hills Mall Pumpkin Patch. It was a blast....tons of pumpkins to play on, take pictures with, and animals to see. And it's......Free! Thats my kind of fun!! :)

Ryan and Trent having fun on the riding toys. They were having fun playing on them for 20 minutes or so before they realized that they could "go" if we put money in them! So we did splurge one time and forked out 50 cents for one ride a piece :)

Then we needed some lunch, so we headed back home and stopped at Burger king with Megan. We ran into an old friend there, Sadie and her husband Jay, which was fun. The kids of course had fun playing at the play place, and got out all the rest of the energy to be nice and ready for nap time!

We all rested during nap time and then planned a family dinner at "our" place that night at 5pm. David and his girl friend Becca showed up first with cookies in hand. It was a really nice first impression and we had a really nice visit with one another. She is such a doll and such a nice fit for my brother.

We were then joined by the rest of the family, Andy, Megan, Angie, and Gram. And enjoyed dinner together quickly since the girls we all planning on going to see the Musical that Yumiko was in with my dad. It was a fun girls night out, and was really fun to support my dad and see his wife preform in the musical. She did a great job and we all had a good time watching the show!

They guys just hung out while the girls all went out that night.
