Ryan

The life of Ry..... this 6 year old is living life to the fullest. Enjoying life and helping out when he can with little issues. We are really enjoying summer in the Midwest, having a childhood experience similar to ours growing up, being outside, riding bikes, playing in the grass and dirt, being creative making up games as you are out and about. Fortunately we have some good neighbors both with kids the same ages, so he has plenty of playmates to join in on the fun.

Here are some pictures of him lately....

Picture taken by himself, turned out pretty good!

this one too! Just being silly!
He started baseball this summer, and plays with his best friends. It is a 4-6yr old team, so being one of the oldest he and his friends are the best on the team. They have played before and being a bit more mature, they aren't the ones drawing pictures in the dirt or out there picking their noses....this time!
Doesn't this picture look a lot like David as a kid??

This was him the last week of school, the poor guy literally laid there on the couch all week. He only got up to go to the bathroom or go to bed. He would perk up for a bit then crash out for a few hours. He spent the first day throwing up every 30 minutes to an hour then the rest of the week having it come out the other end and trying to recover. Poor guy missed all the fun and excitement of the last few days of school. We managed to make it to the last 5 minutes of school, to take his teacher a gift, say good bye and get all of his things.
This is just a funny video of him. Taken by one of his sisters. They have a new chore/reward chart for the summer and one of the treats they can earn that they choose is Cheetos or Cheetos Puffs. He obviously earned a reward :-)
Last but NOT least, Ryan is loving being a big brother (again) And he is a great one! He loves to help hold him, feed him a bottle, burp him, and give him his pacifier. oh AND take pictures of him! He also helps throw away diapers or run and get things for me, but I wouldn't say that he loves too, but does it out of love.
