The pictures & videos are cute. Seriously...how often do you see a big man in a red suit with a big curly white beard that says Ho Ho HO? No wonder the girls weren't happy about sitting on his lap!

so cute!! I think that photo should be put on an ornament and be hung on the Christmas tree forever! She'll love you everytime you pull it out and re-tell the story! Especially when she gets married!!
Good job Ryan. Don't worry about the girls. Once they think it is Santa that brings them toys they might like him a little better.
