The first 2 nights we stayed at Grandma Kathy's. The kids slept well, to our surprise... knowing how wiggly and playful they can be. But eventually they got used to the idea and settled into bed.
that is Kaylee how is hanging half way off the bed! We found her that way when we went to bed, and also again in the morning. She's silly!
Then on Sunday we loaded our kids into Grandma's car, and our stuff into our cars and drove up to see Great Grandma and Grandpa Ray.
Yes, it was a brave move trusting these 2 with my children on the freeway, but I really needed the break from them! It had been a stressful few days, and they came to my rescue!!
It even has magical powers to make you fly!!

It was a beautiful drive to start!

We arrived at grandma and Grandpa Ray's and had a nice time visiting, playing and eating.

And then there is always the circus acts!
Grandpa Ray grilled up some steaks we had in our freezer that needed to get eaten, and what a last supper it was!!

I know exactly where you are in each of those pics. I mean the scenery pics. It is just such beautiful country out here. When you still lived in Anthem, I never tired of driving thru it. Love you all.
