Spring Break

We just finished up our "Spring Break" week. It was a good one, busy but good.

Here is a synopsis of how we spent our week....

Monday- Mommy's music time class. It was "supposed" to be a lot of fun since Ryan was able to join us, BUT since none of his friends came he didn't want to participate so that made Kaylee not want to participate to the point of throwing tantrums, SO that didn't make it fun for any of us :( But then we got to have free play with friends and that made the day more fun.
(or bearable at least)

Tuesday-The girls had a make up day for preschool and Ryan went to a friends house for a play date....so mommy got some much needed "me time" basically to clean the house and such.
Then home for an afternoon of dress up and movie time. Followed by a "talent show" in the backyard that evening. (when I get a camera again I'll video them of them for a later blog) :)

Wednesday- I worked Tuesday night so i needed to sleep so the kids went to "Disneyland" I mean Grandmas house. They had a blast, she took them to a new train park. They had a great time riding a train, merry go round, playing at a park and having a fun train lunch. I got to sleep which was awesome.

Thursday- We took a trip down to Queencreek to visit "our surrogate cousins"/good friends Jarret and Dallon's house. The kids all played great inside and out of the house, had a yummy lunch. It was good to chat and catch up with Crystel. We folded laundry while we chatted which doesn't always sound like a good time, but doing someone elses house work is way more fun than your own. And plus Making a difference in her home made me feel good and her feel good too.

Friday- We took another day trip, but north this time. We went up to Cottonwood to visit Great Grandma and Grandpa Ray. Also for Joe to interview at a hospital for a job. He felt good about the interview, and the possibility of having a job soon is exciting. But for that we still need prayers for any willing to give them in our behalf!

The week went fast, the weather was great, and we had a good time.
But so glad school is back in session on Monday again! hehehe
